Security Function to control Changes to My Groups Reqs

Hi all and thanks for your time.

EBS 12.2.11 iProc.

We want to restrict users from creating a Change on other peoples Requisitions within their (And without ) their Group. So a user who created the Req is the only one that can create a Change on that Req. We can see Security Function - 'View My Reqs Change Order' which can restrict the ability to create a change but we don't see one called 'View My Group's Reqs Change Order' which we would expect to control what actions other users in the Group can do.
