Job Type (UDC 06/G) on Item Routing

Dears,

Was told if I added the job type code to the Item Routing operation# then the text attachment to this UDC code could be printed either on WO, or the outside operation OP linked to this operation. However I have tested but got no results as been told.

Could you help to identify if this function is true? And if it is how to set it up to work? Thanks lot!
