Need to do Project Transfer from new transaction Type

Requirement is we need to create a new Transaction Type and use this Transaction Type in Borrow Payback Transaction Form for Project Transfer. I have created a new Transaction type in Inventory, this new Transaction type is not coming in Borrow Payback Transaction Form but It is coming in Subinventory Transfer Form and this Subinventory Transfer Form is not allowing the Project Transfer. Could you please help me to explain how to do project transfer using new transaction Type.
