Deleting the Timecard through delete_timecard api is not working.

Hi Team,

I am trying to delete the Timecard for specific employee, In first attempt the Timecard shows that it got deleted successfully but when i check the hxc_building_block tables i can still see the records and when i tried using the api again to delete the timecard then it is giving me the error for HXC_366551_INVALID_SEC_CONTEXT. is there anyway to fix this.
