OLVM - 4.5 web GUI is having connectivity issues

Hi ,

We have installed hosted-engine 4.5 version on OEL-8.10 and added 2 more hosts in same cluster.

Hosted-engine and 3 KVM hosts all are running 4.5 version. recently we started getting some issues while login OLVM web GUI.

error1: "server_error: Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the
hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting
TCP/IP connections. "

i checked postgres service status and port and every thing is fine but still we got same error when we login web GUI. So we did clean restart all hosted-engine and KVM hosts but now we got different error "" 500 - Internal Server Error " when i login web GUI and hosted-engine —vm-status showing like
