APEX(21.1) readonly date format incorrectly displayed when translated

I have date of birth (format dd.mm.yyyy) as readonly (e.g 20.01.1970). In primary language English it is displayed correctly but translated into another language (Slovenian) it is displayed as 20.01.0070
