Query regarding installation of Oracle OSM on upgraded Operating System

If we upgrade the operating system(OS) of our OSM server, is there any procedure that we can:-

take the backup of our current OSM instance → upgrade the OS → and put the backup of our OSM instance back to the upgraded OS i.e Lift & Shift the Oracle OSM instance on the upgraded OS.

If the above option is available then we don't need to do fresh installation of Oracle OSM on the upgraded OS. Kindly provide the supporting document for Oracle OSM 7.4 and Oracle OSM 7.5 if this option is possible
