Cash management - bank reco - bank statement showing more amount then AP payment - foreign payment

when doing bank reconcilation can see bank statement lines showing 100 INR but AP payment showing 90 INR then in that case we have remaining amount of 10 INR, what we should do with 10 INR as remaining amount. as reconciled amount is 90 INR only ??

Pls advice on this, CM- Bank reco - we have new product
