Deleting Comments from Extended Absence Request History

We have looked through configuration and did not find where we could give the Administrators access to delete Comments from Extended Absence Request History. Our LOA team has asked for the ability to delete comments they have added in error if the status is "Saved for Later - Not Submitted". Is there a delivered configurable option for this? If so, where/how? If there is not a delivered option, we would like to know if you've customized to provide this ability to your Administrators and how you customized.

We are on PUM47 and PTools 8.59.23.
