Outbound REST Calls needs mandatory certificate in Keystore?

Hi,

We updated from 23.6 to 24.7. Then noticed Outbound REST calls are not working. I have to import the external system certificates in Keystore/Truststore to get it work.

Without certificate it worked in 23.6. Wondering this is mandatory in higher version from 23.11? Anyone has any idea on this?
