24.7, Async Full Import fails with ExportManifest.mf is not found

We updated Siebel from 23.6 to 24.7. And I am doing the first Migration to Test environment.

It is Async Full migration. Export worked as expected. Moved Zip files and when I start the Import in the target TEST env by specifing the zip file name and press OK, I get Server busy error.

In migration folder log, I could see below entry and could not find the ExportManifest.mf

The manifest file \Severname\FS\migration\1-6LPD8W1\ExportManifest.mf is not found.

ReadManifest of Business Service Migration Utility Service is completed with error.

Cannot Find File '\ServverName\FS\migration\1-6LPD8W1\ExportManifest.mf'
