Problems with Patch 36521936 for Windows 64 bit 19c DB

Anyone else have problems applying this patch? My first problem was it could not copy certain java files such as jdk\bin\java.exe, jdk\jre\bin\java.dll, … Eight (8) files total. The files were not in use, as suggested by the patch. I finally solved this by renaming the existing jdk directory and copying in the jdk files from the patch.

Next issue which was experienced regardless of the jdk issue, meaning same behavior each time with or without renaming the jdk folder is with loading the modified sql files into the database. It will not connect with any user other than sys when not using the OS authentication. If using sys OR using OS authentication, I received this error: "The procedure entry point ztce_getctx could not be located in the dynamic link library. <ORACLE_HOME PATH>\bin\orancrypt19.dll". I've tried running the 36521936_apply.sql as SQL> "@36521936_apply.sql bundle:PSU ./" from sqlplus but that failed as well with no registry
