Can you please help with APIS for creation of WIP operations [IN and OUT].

We do have 2 operations defined on assembly routing IN and OUT. We would like to create jobs through backend against the lot information being received from subcons. Do we have any APIs which we can use to process all the transactions and mark the job as complete.
