Update of Union code/Job type but reflect Salary instead of hourly

Hello, we have a change on job type which we normally put in Union Rates MAster and run R05911 to update the rates in the employee's basic comp. However, there are job types where we need record the Annual Salary (S) instead of hourly. Can we still use Union rates master for this or Is there any similar applications we can use to automatically pick up the Salary based on the union code/job type of employee?
