WEB ADI template shows blank columns in between the actual columns defined in the layout.

We have a custom WEB ADI integrator for invoice upload. We had a recent 12.2 upgrade and the Web ADI template in production when downloaded shows additional 5 blank columns in between the first few columns already defined in the layout.

We are not able to determine how these blank columns got introduced since the layout does not have them. Is anyone aware of similar issues or can give any direction on how to identify the source of blank columns.
