Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Records is stuck In Table WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE with status 1

Hi Oracle Team,

We tried to process the move lot transactions but stuck records in Table WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE with the status 1.

We ran the "Lot Move transaction Manager" but still records are not processed. Kindly help us to process the stuck records.
