Tuition Calculation - error: The posting process did not create an account number (14816, 11109)

I have Tuition Group of TUT with an Account Nbr Prefix of TUITION but I get the error, The posting process did not create an account number (14816, 11109) when I run the Tuition Calculation for a student. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
