Does ECC Receivables adhere to GL Security Rules

Customer has defined Security Rules for Cost Center segment in General Ledger and assigned it to a specific AR Responsibility which has been assigned to a user. ECC access has been provisioned for the AR responsibility.

However the user is able to view data - AR invoices, AR Receipts for all cost centers. ECC is not restricting data as per security rules defined in EBS.
