Concurrent Requests showing Inactive No manager

Recently we switched to nutanix environment from RHEV Servers after Copying the same.

While we start the services through the script adstrtal.sh on nutanix environment our services are getting up i.e. we are able to access application but while running any concurrent requests it is showing as Inactive No manager.


can someone help in troubleshooting this issue what could be the reason for the same?
