Adding an Employee as a Dependent of Another Employee?

I'm trying to add an existing employee as a dependent of another employee in Dependent/Beneficiary by Employee (P08336). I added the dependent employee in the Dependent/Beneficiary Entry Screen to create an address book with a "Q" type but receive an error for a duplicate SSN. How can I enter the SSN on the dependent record?
