Is there an HDL to load the status of Approval Transaction outcomes as approved or rejected?

I submitted an SR and Oracle was not able to find any references or resources so I was directed to reach out to the community.

Has anyone created an HDL to upload the status state to complete an HCM Workflow Transaction on process name, Request New Position? We have a business need to load the action on pending tasks in the approval transactions with either approve or reject and if possible add a comment to complete the task and then it would notify the original requestor.

Has anyone found another way possibly with BIP reports and REST API that they would be able to share their configuration work around?
