ERROR WHILE CLONING EBS DATABASE "StackTrace: java.lang.Exception: Control file creation failed"

Good Day,

I am cloning 12.1.0.2.0 ebs database and i am getting this error"StackTrace: java.lang.Exception: Control file creation failed".

I have run adpreclone.pl in the source database and took a clod backup of the database to the target server. Cloned the database using adcfgclone.pl dbTier and get the error at 50%.

Please assist on this issue.
