How to Transfer Encumbrance from one budget to another budget in Oracle E-Business Suite

Hi Team,

We have a requirement for multi-year commitment in purchasing. For contract spanning more than one year, the commitment for the current year is made using the annual appropriated budget while that of next year is made from Medium Term budget. When we get to next year and annual appropriation for the new year is made, we want to reverse the commitment of the Medium-Term Budget and switch it to the annual appropriated budget.

Please any experience on how I can switch commitment from one budget to another in Oracle E-Business Suite.
