RCCP in JD Edwards E1 9.2

We are using Fixed lead time of 7 days in Item branch.

Running MRP daily for horizon - past due 2 periods + 38 months + 6 weeks.

After that, R3380 is also run for same horizon. R3382 RCCP is run after that.

Work center - Load / capacity period summary (P3312/P3313) shows Hours for Firm Work Orders & Planned work orders in week as per requested date of WO or Message (WP)

Requirement is that, Hours should be shows in week as per Start date of WO or Start date of Message (WP)

Is this functionality available in RCCP or any work around ?
