Custom .PDF Title and Metadata when generating .PDF through BI Publisher

How can a .pdf title and other document properties be updated when generating a BI Publisher report .pdf file from an .rtf Template? Is this possible?

Current results are this: The .rtf document title is systematically populated in the generated .pdf Title field (image immediately below)

The desired result (image immediately below) is to overwrite that data and use a custom field or other variable to dynamically set the document title:

Is this even possible? To use custom data to populate document metadata such as title, author, subject, keywords, etc…
