Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Work Confirmations stuck with Processing Error

Hello,
We have noticed that some of the WCs are stuck with Processing Error (Cannot read value for profile option INV_DEBUG_TRACE in routine &ROUTI)

It is happening only for few, majority of them are getting processed successfully.

What could be the reasons? We are not able to re-produce the issue in the test instance.

Any possibility that final approver when approves WC Approve button in Email notification?

Oracle EBS version is 12.2.12
