Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can I associate a specific template to an iexpense respon thats provided to a limited set of users?

I would like to create a new iexpenses responsibility that will only have one default expense template as default

its 12.2.4 ebs & have seen note Doc ID 358835.1 but not sure if the enhancement has been addressed or the functionality has improved..?
