backup before changing RAC Subnet and IP

We are required to move our database RAC cluster to a different subnet. There is going to be need to change both IP address and Subnet.

Can you advice how we can take backup, our RAC servers and ASM are using storage LUNs for disks. We want to take a snapshot of the LUN, which is possible at storage. Do we need to take backup of /u01 only or include all ASMdisks luns.
