Setup Account Hierarchy in EBS R12.1 in an automated way

Our Client is in EBS GL R12.1.3 and have created different hierarchies for the GL Segment values such as Company, Site, Account, Division ((Grand Parent, Parent, Children etc.) in the old years. As per their parent company mandates they went for an external application for consolidated reporting for which they have created a new segment value hierarchy in that application. Now they want to map the same hierarchy in EBSR12.1.3 as well so they can run and validate the extracts before sharing the same with the reporting application. Can someone advise if there is there any automated way to create
