iProcurement - Requisition change - Form Validation Failure - A Value must be entered for Reason

In iProcurement, when changing a single line amount for a multiple line requisition, a From Validation Failure pop up is getting displayed 'A Value must be entered for 'Reason' on the change order . This is happening with all lines though changes are made for just one line.

Can anyone please guide me how to fix this issue.
