Drill Through from ARCS to GL giving Unknown Member Error

Build an integration between ERP GL and ARCS using Data exchange. The balances are coming over without issues but when using drill through to source, it is giving an error (One actual example given below)

Cannot perform cube view operation. Essbase Error(1260046): Unknown Member [All Company Values].[011001400CAD01] used in query

After further investigation, it was observed that 011001400CAD01 is the profile dimensions added as Merge ID in the Map Dimension portion of the integration.

I tried adding a source expression to add a prefix between the Company and Account Dimension and the same prefix was showing in the error message in the expected position.
