retrieve a job that has already been submitted

Hello All,

We have a requirement to retrieve a job that has already been submitted and resend it as a notification.

Business Requirement:

Before creating a staff number in the employee master, there is a pre-hiring process in which HR users execute a report. If a candidate is selected and hired, the report generated during the pre-hiring process needs to be automatically retrieved, and a notification must be triggered.

Could anyone guide me on how this can be accomplished?
