How do I configure JDE to accept .eml files

We recently switched to Google Mail. Users are attempting to upload .eml files as media objects on SOs, POs, etc.

The error message is "File upload failed. Files of this type have been restricted for upload by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."

How do we configure JDE to accept a .eml file?
