Orchestrator throws Message: rid is required when creating a new or copy of a PO on P4310

JDE - Version 9.2.4.3

Step1 : Adding a new purchase order using P4310.

I have captured the steps performed in E1 using Process Recorder and mapped the Form Request component with appropriate inputs. This P4310 form is also a Personalized form.

Once the Order Header details are updated, order number is generated and visible in the Header Detail section. The order details are then added to the Order and saved returning Order Number as output.

I have verified the steps of the form request manually several times and not seeing any errors and able to successfully create an order. The same process returns exception with message - rid is required.
