I run two EE DB 19c in one server, add tcps to listener, can I share one wallet in sqlnet.ora ?

I tried use a env variable in sqlnet.ora , and from client set the env , but get the "ORA-28759: failure to open file" error , that is unable to access the wallet

Any solution for multiple DBs in one server with their own wallet ?

Help appreciated. Thanks.
