ODA Appliance creation hang for more than 3hrs

Hello
I try to install Oracle 19.22 on our ODA X7
Installing the Iso works fina, all set up in network (configure-firstnet) also runs fine.
Now I've started the Create ODA via Web Gui.
It run in "Provisioning Service creation" now for more than 3 hrs, no running step shown in detailed Activty list - all steps marked successfully.
Last steps successfully done where "Setting up network" on both nodes
But status in Provisioning Service Creaion is shown as "Running"

On lst Version (19.16 with OL 7.9) this step ran for about 90 mins.
Anything I can check ? Logs shown all succesfully and connection established
