I installed 10g Oracle forms and reports and Have oracle 12g downloaded. the oracle forms keep on crashing so I want to apply patch p13413002 but it fails with this error:

The Oracle Home c:/devsuitehome_1 is not registered with the Central Inventory. OPatch was not able to get details of the home from the inventory.

ERROR: OPatch failed because of Inventory problem.
OPatch returns with error code = 100

My problem is same as this one but no solution is posted.@"Chacks"

Anyone please suggest .Thanks
