Looking for functionality of application

Working on a security audit of user access to JDE applications & UBEs. since we are not sure of the functionality of some of the apps and UBEs, was wondering if there is an easy way to get high level details of each app, without having to read the documentation provided by Oracle in the implementation guides, doing so is not as easy as well.

I am able to get the following details from the system(tables),

P13732 CAM - Manage Work Order Labor
R03B311 Receipt Journal
R03B429 A Currency Detail - Foreign and Domestic
P3003 Work With Routing Master
