Are Oracle Database Security Patches Cumulative

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

I am an Oracle Newbie please help

I want to install the JULY 2024 Oracle Security Patch 36521936 and need to ask if these security patches are cumulative.

I have several servers that are at different Product versions. I have servers on
19.8.0.0.0
19.22.0.0.0
19.3.0.0.0
19.23.0.0.0

Aside from the OPATCH Version would I have any issues applying the JULY 2024 w/o applying the previous patches.

From what I understand - after installing a new instance of oracle and its at product version 19.3.0.0 the senior DBA and I installed the most current Security patch, so this might be the answer to my own question
