Is there any link between HCM table and FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS in Oracle Fusion?

Hi Team,

I am looking for a join between table like HRT_PROFILES_B and FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS, I was able to find an oracle document which is using pk1_value from FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS table to join with profile_id from HRT_PROFILES_B , but it did not work. This is for custom license and certification report in Oracle fusion where we want to add attachment file name for the person in HCM.

Please suggest if there is a way to link FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS with HCM tables.
