Germany E-invoicing - generating XML file

in Reference to: UBL Electronic Invoice solution for Oracle Receivables (Doc ID 2214989.1) In generating an XML file for B2B and B2G customers, it seems the UBL format is generic for B2G and one would need to customize it to include s specific fields for compliance requirements for Germany. Does the UBL include B2B or only B2G
