Install or enable Locator for Oracle 19c

Hi everyone, we have a problem with Oracle Locator, we originally had it installed in Oracle 12 and need to migrate the database to 19c. For this reason, we have searched for a reference to this and found that “Oracle Multimedia is unsupported in Oracle 19c.

Do you know how to enable it or be able to use it in versions like 19c?
