How to maintain the integrity and solve the negative Raw quantity after WO completed

Hello,,
We found the Raw X lot A123 on hand and available quantity with negative sign due to in correct Processing option in the ST/OT cycle which used to transfer the Raw quantities from receipt warehouse to the Work center of production.

But we found that the WO status after completion and the parent item quantity is completed.

How to correct the negative quantity in the Raw warehouse ?

How to correct the false Raw quantity in the production warehouse and part list quantity and the consequences WO, Parent item quantity ?

Should I reverse the full cycle ? or what is the best practice ?
