SOAP Testing fails when the BSSV instance is started with windows services

As part of daily restarts of JDE BSSV servers, i created windows service for BSSV instances (weblogic instance) so that it will start automatically when the server starts.
Verified the BSSV instance is in "Running" state in Weblogic console. But SOAP test fails with FailedAuthentication error.
When the same BSSV instance is started using Weblogic console manually then the SOAP test is successfull.
Is there any special setting need to be created for BSSV windows service?
