Labels occasionally print to a different printer - MSCA

When my users are dropping their picks in MSCA, the labels will occasionally, incorrectly print to a different printer than what they are signed into and what shows in the label history in Oracle. Then after that print job finishes, it will resume working correctly. This has happened at least once per day for the last 2 days.

An example - a user dropped 5 picks and expected to get 5 pick drop labels. The first three labels printed out on another users printer. Nothing was changed in the sign-in, setup, etc. The other two of the 5 labels printed on the correct printer. They were working correctly before the mix-up and worked correctly again after the mix-up.
