User password change in new EBS/SSO 12c environment

We recently deregistered EBS 12.2.7 from OAM/OID 11g from one domain and registered successfully to a new domain and with OAM/OID 12c. Everything is working as intended. However, the old integration (that I was not a part of setting up) allowed us to change user passwords from the FND_USER form even though EBS was integrated with SSO and login type was set to "BOTH" at site level. With this new integration, that password field is greyed out, which I know OID is source of truth, but is there a way/setting to change a users password WITHOUT needing to switch them
