Issue with the absence entitlement not calc correctly

Employee 1:

Entitlement Row

Entitlements calculated as expected.

Employee 2:

He had a position change

For 08/15 AM_TEA

PTO entitlements should not be given here as the employee in SAL_DFLT.

Question ) Why PTO is given to the second employee where his SAL_DFLT eligibility does not have the PTO in it?

Was this happening because of the segment recalcated? Why it recalculated? Please advise.

It got calculated as part of TEA paygroup and EDU Paygroup.

I would appreciate your inputs.
