How is E1 OVR affected by Oracle Analytics Publisher versus BI Publisher

We are installing E1 Release 24 and have been told that BI Publisher is being replaced with Oracle Analytics Publisher. We are trying to understand how our content might require retrofits and how new content development will change. This would include watchlist, OVR reports, and PI Publisher RD Outputs.
