installing oracle grid 19c with asmfd faild to enable filtering on ol8.10

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

I have installed grid with latest GI RU 19.24 patch 36582629

but filtering is disabled and I got this error :

asmcmd afd_state
ASMCMD-9526: The AFD state is 'LOADED' and filtering is 'DISABLED' on host 'oracle-dev1.localdomain'

uname -r
5.15.0-206.153.7.1.el8uek.x86_64

./asmcmd afd_filter -e
Could not enable filter on 'Node Level'.
Filtering is not supported on this kernel. See MOS doc 2806979.1

however I have reviewed this document 2806979.1 and the kernel should be supported on ru 19.24 !

can you please give a help ?
