Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. When I applied patch 17428617, an error message show "MISSING_component: Oracle. xml. parser. java, 10.1.3.5.0". Following the solution provided in  Doc  2426929.1, I installed p9683145 and reapplied patch 17428617, but still received the same error message!  How I can solve this problem or confirm if I have successfully applied p9683145
